At TORN vintage, we celebrate the history of pre-loved fashion and want you to feel confident in your unique finds. If your vintage piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return within 14 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the item is in its original condition with all TORN vintage security tags attached, and pack it securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects the item's condition, we will issue a digital gift card to your email for the full purchase price to use on your next discovery.
